The work
What we run. What we're running.
Broadside is a new agency. Rather than invent case studies, we're showing the operator's own portfolio — described honestly as active work, with real numbers filled in as they close, not assumed.
PaintedWhiskers
Grow a direct-to-consumer brand selling AI-rendered pet portraits — a purchase that lives or dies on being seen by the right pet owner at the right moment, not on paid reach alone.
Outreach front, leading. We recruit pet and family micro-creators through the engine — people who already post their pets — and structure a gift-and-post arrangement: a free portrait in exchange for an honest post. Each creator gets a tracked link or code, so a post's contribution to sales is measurable, not assumed. Paid media retargets the audiences those posts surface; owned/lifecycle carries a buyer from first portrait to a second pet, a gift purchase, or a referral.

Prove the outreach engine works before selling it as the backbone of Broadside's Outreach front — by using it to book Broadside's own new business.
This is the platform itself: discovery from public data, personalized first contact, a bounded back-and-forth that stops and hands off to a human before any commitment is made. No client volley runs through it that we haven't first run on ourselves. When we say cold-outreach pipeline is already built and near-zero marginal cost, this is the receipt.

Target vertical
Sign brands that are running influencer and affiliate outreach by hand — spreadsheets, DMs, someone's Sunday afternoon — and show them what the same work looks like run on an engine instead of a person.
Outreach front sourcing and vetting creators at a volume manual programs can't sustain, paired with the paid-media matrix to turn winning creator content into platform-native ad units, and lifecycle sequences to convert the traffic both fronts generate. The pitch to this vertical is specific: the tooling gap between an agency and an in-house hire is the thing we've already closed.
