Terms
These terms cover use of this website and the general basis on which Broadside engages new clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate signed agreement — this page is not that agreement.
The site
This site describes Broadside's services and lets prospective clients get in touch. It is informational, not a binding offer. Rates shown on the pricing section are planning rates for a new agency, provided for orientation and subject to change per engagement.
Client engagements
- Work begins only under a signed scope of work naming the fronts, deliverables, and fees.
- Broadside operates client accounts on ad platforms, email/SMS providers, and outreach channels under authorization the client grants and can revoke.
- Outreach conducted on a client's behalf follows applicable platform terms and anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, TCPA where SMS is involved); clients are responsible for the legality of any list or claim they ask us to use.
No guaranteed outcomes
We describe methods honestly and report results honestly. We do not guarantee a specific return, response rate, or sales figure — any figure quoted in a proposal is a planning estimate, not a promise, unless a specific performance term is written into a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
Creative produced for a client (ad units, sequences, landing pages, outreach copy) belongs to the client on full payment. The underlying outreach engine and matrix methodology remain Broadside's.
Changes
We may update these terms as the agency grows; the version posted here is the current one.
